  17. BUYER, BUYER, in full payment of the purchase price of the  goods
  18. conveyed hereby.

  22. SARAH S. SELLER warrants that there are no liens or encumbrances
  23. on the goods sold, and that SARAH S. SELLER's title to the goods
  24. is clear and merchantable. SARAH S. SELLER shall defend BERNARD B.
  25. BUYER from any adverse claims to SELLER's title to the goods sold.
